The purpose of this site "is to foster debate on the roles of the U.S. armed forces in the post-Cold War era ... [and] to help create a more effective national defense. ... Contributors to this site are, with a few exceptions, active/reserve, former, or retired military." The site features documents and commentary on topics such as weapon system effectiveness, leadership, and Iraq. Also includes charts, data, and links to related sites.
