American Film Institute's (AFI) 100 Years, 100 Thrills
A 2001 filmography of classic English-language movies, chosen by a "blue-ribbon panel of leaders from the film community." One criterion for inclusion was the potential a film possesses for inducing a shock or thrill to "create an experience that engages our bodies as well as our minds."
