Websites presented in alphabetical order Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 (BCRA) This law "contains many substantial and technical changes to the federal campaign finance law" in areas such as "soft money" (solicitation and use of nonfederal funds by parties, candidates, and officeholders), issues ads, contribution limits, and reporting. The site provides rules and related documents in specific subject areas, as well as the text of the law and regulations, a FAQ, and a brochure on contributions.
