An online companion to a "rice-sack flag [art] installation that explores the identity secrets of Chinese immigrants detained and interrogated in the United States." The art piece was exhibited at Angel Island, an immigration station in the San Francisco Bay Area. Site includes a gallery of the flags, which capture the stories of Angel Island detainees, as well as a biography of the artist.
