GoodBye! The Journal of Contemporary Obituaries view detail comment email this

With a light touch, this "opinionated quarterly magazine which chronicles the dead - famous, infamous and non-famous" creatively eulogizes those souls who have departed from this earth (1996-Current). Its author Steve Miller, a former newspaper obituary columnist, wedded his addiction to biographies and his love for obituaries to create a Web 'zine that would not "flatten a life into birth, education, matrimony, children, profession and the like" with traditional obituary statistics, but would give it saucy, yet respectful and sensitive accounts of the departed's life. Media Plaudits includes links to obituary sources, death-oriented Web sites, and more.
