See photographs and brief histories of restored circus wagons, and read a short essay on the history of music and the circus. The Great Circus Parade , an annual event held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, shows "over 50 historic circus wagons, 700 horses, 30 bands, 2,000 costumed participants, clowns, and wild animals." Visitors to the museum in summer can see and participate in circus acts. Students of circus history can contact the Robert L.
