Perched high above Washington state's Columbia River Gorge, this museum was built by wealthy eccentric Sam Hill and dedicated by Queen Marie of Romania in 1926. Dancer Loie Fuller helped Hill obtain Rodin sculptures, but perhaps the museum’s best-known feature is the full-scale replica of Stonehenge, built to honor World War I soldiers from Klickitat County.
