Websites presented in alphabetical order Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) "This web site provides information to US citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA)," which includes U.S. citizens who are members of the Uniformed Services and their family members, and U.S. citizens living overseas.
