The JCAHO evaluates and accredits over 15,000 health care organizations and programs, including hospitals, health care plans and providers, home care organizations, long-term care facilities, behavioral care, ambulatory care, and clinical laboratories. Browse the directory "Quality Check" to find a facility's accreditation rating, performance report (if available), and contact information.
