The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) provides information about "the most significant product actions of the last 60 days, based on the extent of distribution and the degree of health risk. The recalls on the list are mainly Class I [reasonable probability that the use of or exposure to product will cause serious adverse health consequences]." Products include food, drugs, and medical devices.
