This site includes proposals ("Concept Plans") for rebuilding the World Trade Center area, information about the Residential Grant Program for New York City residents affected by the September 11 terrorist attacks, hearing minutes, and more. "The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation was created in the aftermath of September 11th by Governor Pataki and then-Mayor Giuliani to help plan and coordinate the rebuilding and revitalization of Lower Manhattan."
