"Several significant zoning cases have emerged from the Cleveland area, including the landmark case [Village of Euclid v. Ambler Realty Co., 1926] that established its constitutionality." Also discusses zoning developments after World War II such as zoning laws used to create racial segregation and the use of referendums for zoning issues. "Primary Resources for Teachers" has a database of mostly 19th-century primary documents covering such topics as alcohol, criminals, labor, and Native Americans.
