This site "is producing a scholarly online edition of Newton's alchemical manuscripts integrated with new research on Newton's chymistry. ... [A]bout two hundred fifty [pages] have been edited and are available online, including Newton's Most Complete Laboratory Notebook [written between 1669 and 1693]." The site includes text transcriptions, interpretive notes, and a guide to symbols relating to these materials first discovered in 1936. From Indiana University.

Companion to a traveling exhibition "created to explore the link between Harry Potter and the history of science." Site features illustrated essays comparing Harry Potter's world with the history of science in the areas of potions, monsters, herbology, magical creatures, fantastic beasts, and immortality. Paracelsus and the Medical Revolution of the Renaissance: A 500th Anniversary Celebration view detail comment email this

Companion site from an exhibit held at three venues in 1993 and 1994 that commemorated the 500th anniversary of Paracelsus' birth and "highlighted the contributions of this major [Swiss-born] Renaissance figure, especially those in medicine, chemistry, and pharmacy." Features an essay with a brief biography, illustrations, a discussion of the impact of Paracelsus' writings about the relationship between chemistry and health, and related readings.
