Compilation of fact sheets, statistics, and other publication about chlamydia, "a common sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by the bacterium, Chlamydia trachomatis, which can damage a woman's reproductive organs." Also provides information about pelvic inflammatory disease (a complication of some STDs, including chlamydia) and LGV (Lymphogranuloma venereum), an STD caused by three strains of Chlamydia trachomatis.
