American Parkour

Description:
Parkour is the new sport of "moving through your environment using only your body and the surroundings to propel yourself. It can include running, jumping, climbing, even crawling." Parkour was created by two French teenagers, and is usually practiced in urban environments. The site features a dictionary of parkour terms (such as the "cat leap" and the "lazy vault"), tutorials with photos, and video clips.
