Washington State Department of Health: Clandestine Drug Lab Program URL: http://www.doh.wa.gov/ehp/ts/CDL/ Description: This Washington state government program certifies contractors to decontaminate properties that have been used as illegal drug labs (most of which manufacture methamphetamine). The website contains prevention and awareness materials for rental property owners and motel managers and owners, discussion of decontamination issues (such as dangerous waste disposal), details about the contractor certification process, and other documents (such as common chemicals found in drug labs, and best practices for addressing needs of drug-endangered children).
