Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers
This industry association represents the "local, state and federal interests of oyster, clam, mussel, scallop and geoduck growers from Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii." The "Shellfish 101" section of the website features consumer information such as photos of species, seasonality and safety tips, and recipes. Also includes photos, fact sheets, lists of growers, a bibliography, job listings, and links to material about specific states.
