This site provides current data about gasoline and diesel prices in the United States as well as selected historical information. Includes information about retail and spot prices, a list of Petroleum Administration for Defense Districts (PADD), and links to related information. The data is updated weekly "every Monday by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time)." From the Energy Information Administration (EIA), an independent statistical agency within the Department of Energy (DOE).
