This National Library of Canada program's "mandate is to support, promote, coordinate and deliver multicultural/multilingual collections and services." The site features a list of multicultural sites available through the Library of Canada, as well as the "Toolkit" which provides tips for libraries developing such collections and services. The toolkit includes an overview of the process and annotated lists of technology sources and related Web resources. Available in English and French.
