European Roma Rights Center (ERRC)
ERRC is "an international public interest law organisation which monitors the human rights situation of Roma and provides legal defence in cases of human rights abuse." The site contains the full text of their quarterly publication Roma Rights (back to 1996), fact sheets on Romani in European countries, position papers, and other publications. Some documents also available in Romani and Russian.
