"This web site provides information to US citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA)," which includes U.S. citizens who are members of the Uniformed Services and their family members, and U.S. citizens living overseas. Find postcard applications for absentee ballots, local election officials and voting assistance officers, toll-free numbers from about five dozen countries to FVAP offices in the U.S., state-by-state instructions, and tips for communicating with elected officials.
