Over the Water Hurdy-Gurdy Association (OTW)
OTW, a nonprofit group of hurdy-gurdy enthusiasts based in western Washington state, provides information about the annual festival and dance, briefly annotated links to numerous hurdy-gurdy sites, and contacts for additional information. Oddly, the specific location of the festival is not included, but was quickly provided by e-mail: an old military encampment called Fort Flagler, near Port Townsend, Washington.
