Favorite Poem Project
Robert Pinsky, former Poet Laureate of the United States, created this audiovisual poem project to reflect America's diversity. Brief videos, the heart of the site, show Americans describing and reciting a personally meaningful poem. Other features include poem texts, teaching suggestions, and an invitation to submit a favorite poem. This project is contained in the Library of Congress Archive of Recorded Poetry and Literature.
