A search tool for locating online Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports. The CRS does public policy research for the U.S. Congress, issuing "about 3,000 briefs, reports, short issue papers and longer position papers per year ... [and] is renowned for its non-partisanship and in-depth analysis, but it does not make its reports available to the public." This site from 2Act.org provides access to approximately 1,000 reports posted on the Web by individuals and other agencies.
