Information on accommodations meeting the fire and life safety requirements of the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act (PL101-391) passed by Congress in 1990. Data provided includes address and phone number of the lodging, number of floors, and FEMA ID. Files are available for download for each state, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
