California Agricultural Statistics Service (CASS)
One of 45 field offices of the National Agricultural Statistics Service, the primary responsibility of which "is to prepare official estimates of agriculture for each state and the nation." The site presents data from the 1997 U.S. Census of Agriculture extracted for California and sorted by county, including state and county highlights and county profiles (brief summary data and charts). Graphics include statewide data charts. Includes ordering information for various other publications.
