National Lentil Festival
The National Lentil Festival takes place in Pullman, Washington state, every August. Events include a REALLY BIG bowl of lentil chili, parade, cook-off, arts and crafts fair, and fun run/walk, plus softball, skateboard and "Little Lentil King and Queen" competitions, and the 100K Tour de Lentil Bike Ride. Photographs, audio clips of award-winning radio spots, schedules, and competition applications are available at the Web site.
